Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Guro Tools PH checkout system. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Products
Guro Tools PH provides digital products, including but not limited to software activation keys, downloadable teaching resources, and digital templates. By purchasing, you acknowledge that no physical goods will be shipped.
2. License and Usage
- Software Keys: Activation keys are sold for individual or professional use.
- Hardware Locking: Some software products are locked to a specific "Machine ID". Once a key is activated on a device, it may not be transferable to another device unless otherwise stated.
- Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or reverse-engineer any software or digital files purchased from Guro Tools PH.
3. Payment and Pricing
All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via PayMongo. You are responsible for providing valid payment information. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price at the time of purchase is final.
4. Automated Delivery
- Activation Keys: Displayed on the checkout screen immediately upon successful payment. A backup copy is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- Downloadable Files: A secure, time-limited download link is generated and sent to your email after payment.
- Download Link Expiry: Download links expire 5 days after purchase. It is your responsibility to download and save the file to your device before the link expires. Expired links will not be reissued except at our sole discretion.
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided is correct and active. Guro Tools PH is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect email entries or spam filters.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods (instant access to keys and downloadable content), all sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE once payment is confirmed and the product is delivered.
- Exception: A refund or replacement may be considered only in the event of a verified technical defect in the software that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with a description of the issue.
6. Technical Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that your hardware and operating system meet the minimum requirements for the software before purchase. Guro Tools PH is not responsible for incompatibility issues with third-party software or hardware.
7. Limitation of Liability
Guro Tools PH provides software "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, system interruptions, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our tools.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
