Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on Guro Tools PH are digital goods — license keys and downloadable files — delivered instantly upon payment. Because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all sales are generally final.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The license key is invalid, already used, or does not activate the software as described.
- The downloaded file is corrupt, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
- The product was not delivered to your email within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment and we are unable to resend it.
- You were charged but no order was created (payment error on our side).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- The license key has already been successfully activated on a device.
- The downloadable file has been accessed or downloaded.
- Your computer or device does not meet the software's minimum requirements (please check product requirements before purchasing).
- Incompatibility with your specific system configuration, unless explicitly covered by the product description.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or replacement, email us at support@gurotoolsph.shop within 7 days of your purchase. Include:
- Your full name and the email address used at checkout
- Your order reference number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable)
We will respond within 1–2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (GCash, Maya, card). Processing time depends on your payment provider:
- GCash / Maya: typically 1–3 business days
- Visa / Mastercard: typically 3–7 business days depending on your bank
