A license key is a unique code (formatted like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that activates a specific software product. After purchase, enter it in the app's activation screen. The key is locked to the first device it's activated on.

No. Each license key activates on one machine only. If you need to transfer your license to a new device, contact us at support@gurotoolsph.shop.

License duration depends on the product — it will be clearly stated on the product page (e.g., 1 year, lifetime). The expiry date is encoded in the key itself and enforced by the software.

File formats are listed on each product page. Common formats include PDF, DOCX, and PPTX. Always check the product description before purchasing.

Your original purchase email contains a secure download link. If the link has expired or you lost the email, contact us at support@gurotoolsph.shop and we'll send a new one.

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds after a license key has been revealed or a file has been downloaded.
